Hi,
I have my h4 visa stamping scheduled on 26th of this month.my husbands current h1 b petition is valid till 2020 but recently he moved to different state and is working for a different client.He applied for new LCA after getting the new LCA he will be filing the amendment.my question is what should i mention in for ds 160 as the petition number should i mention the old h1 b petion number or should i mention the receipt number after he applies for amendment.can any 1 also suggest me if this will be an issue for my h4 visa approval.
