Hello Everyone,
To be precise I have summarized the sequence of events:
1. Got H1B visa stamped for Employer A (validity - Oct 2015)
2. Transferred to Employer B
3. Went to India and got married
4. Came back with H1B visa of Employer A (no issue at POE and I-94 got updated to current employer I-797)
5. Now, is it safe to send my spouse for H4 visa stamping based on my current employer's I-797, Petition, DOCs, etc. (but previous employer's visa on my passport) ? or, do i need to get my H1B visa re-stamped for my current employer?
Any suggestion will be highly appreciated....Thanks
