If we assume that the H1B is for six years, I still have four and a half years left. My spouse could soon take an H1B trip to the United States.Can I apply for an H4 visa now and go with that? Is the H1B visa going to be revoked/cancelled in this situation? What are my possibilities of finding employment in the US if I enter on an H4 visa holder?
