My son is 12 years old. Me and my son are planning to travel to India for visa stamping. I am on H1 and my son is on H4 of my husband’s H1 who is not travelling and is in USA. When I fill up the profile for my son in cgi global website it is asking “do your parents both have valid US visas”. What should I fill here? Neither me or my husband have valid US visa stamped. We both have valid I 797 for H1B.
