H4 visa stamping + 180 days rule

My child’s H4 visa is valid until December 2019. However, I have a need to visit Canada and requires H1B stamping as my current visa expired a couple of years back. Can you please let me know if I can schedule for stamping for myself (H1B) and my daughter(H4)? Is there any rule that stamping can be scheduled only within 180 days before the visa expiry date.

I dont think there is such rule.
If I am you, I will proceed to schedule all my family members stamping along with mine.
