Today,I was filling form DS-160 for my spouse for H4 visa, i have some queries regarding filling the form and they are :-

have you ever used other names( as i got i got married in 2016 so do i have to provide my older name here) currently i changed my new name in passport also

Purpose of trip to usa

Do i need to provide details related to my spouse work i.e Employment primary occupation, present employer, monthly salary. As earlier i was working into family business & just now few months back i started doing job in INDIA.

Going forward we wanted to apply for H4- EAD, so do we need to mention her current job profile or not?
so , please suggest me what should i mention , housewife or service or family business .
