H4 Visa Refusal 212 (a)(3) (A)(ii)

My Wife has got refused because of this Section(a)(3) (A)(ii). However we have submitted the documents with attorney attested before 4 months but there is no response from USCIS.

Any possible way or ETA when it will get approved
