H4 Visa query feedback needed at the earliest

HI

My wife is working in different company in US at diffrent locaion (texas)having L1 visa which got expired recently (april10th 2013) ,but she is having I94 valid till 2015.Her company initiated H1 and she got selected in lottery.

Now i have initiated H4 dependent visa in my company,is there any problem will come at the time of stamping in india for her (for H4 visa stamping).

Pls confirm at the earliest.

Once your wife’s H1B is approved by USCIS, you could go for H4 VISA interview. I do not see any issues in H4 stamping for you. You must be having all the relevant documents related to her petition, employment etc.
