My Husband is in USA from Past three months on H1B. I have a H4 Visa Interview on Wednesday. He has sent me his Pay slips. but as per H4 requirement, I also need to provide with ITR statement. ITR is filed in December… in this case what is the solution…
Can I say I do not have ITR and Pay slips will suffice
