I am in US on H1B having validity up to 10,Dec 2016. My wife is in India. I have filled her DS160 and she got her appointment on Sep 28 2016. After that my Employer applied for my Extension and Amendment (Because of location change with same client) and it is in procession. Can any one please answer my below questions
As my my extension and amendment are in processing, whether it will be a problem for my wife to get her visa Stamped?
