Hi All,
My wife is currently working in USA on an L1 .she has an approved i797 for the same till 2025. Although she plans to leave her job and switch to H4 as I have an approved H1B. Can someone help me know if she is eligible for interview waiver. We already have an in person interview scheduled ( booked long before the waiver came out) but not sure if she being eligible for Dropbox would create and issue when she goes to OFC. I can check by canceling the present appointment but that would put me at the risk of losing the slot that I currently have.
