H4 Visa Filling

Hi,

I was on H1B with Employer A. My wife was on H4 with a visa stamping (valid I-94).
Employer B filed a H1B transfer and a H4 petition — and both were approved.
I never joined Employer B. Later joined Employer C (on H1B).
Employer C did not file a new H4 for the dependent. Now, the I-94 with employer A and visa has expired. I-94 with B is still valid. Do I need to file a fresh H4 extension with Employer C or is the approval with Employer B valid? No near international travel planned. Please let me know

Employer B approvals doesnt hold valid at all, as you have never worked for B.

Just fle H4 extension online(you can do it by yourself, you dont need your employer to file it for you) and get it stamped after the next US exit.
