Hello -
My H1 B is getting expired in Jan 2014 and extension will be applied either nov 2013 or Dec 2013.
Question is, can H4 travel outside US in Feb 2014 when H1B extension is in progress. I know that they can come back to US only when the extension is approved but need to know if it will impact their H4 stamping ?
H1B applicant is not travelling outside US…only H4 is travelling. Please advise.
