H4 travel during H1 transfer

Hi,

I am currently on H1b visa with employer A. I have got an opportunity with empioyer B and H1 transfer not yet initiated. My dependents are in India with H4 visa stamping fromEmployer A

I have following questions

  1. Can my dependents travel to US once H1 transfer initiated(I think once getting receipt notice) or they have to wait till H1 transfer approved?

  2. Does they required go to Visa stamping again >

  1. Safe option is to wait for B’s approval so that they can carry B’s documents at PoE and get I-94 based on B’s petition. However, check w/ B’s attorney if they can enter while transfer is in progress.

  2. No new stamping required.
