I am on H1B visa and I am currently getting it transferred to another company. They are filing a petition for me and my wife and kid. My wife, has an approved H1B petition this year (already approved since it was premium), so she will be able to start working from October 2014. When my new company files H4 for her, should they file it, only till October? Currently they have marked the end date beyond that? Should I get this corrected in the application?
