I am currently working in H4. And I got my H1b picked in lottery . I have made plans to travel to India on June and be back on July 1st. Will there be an issue if I proceed with my travel plan? or should I make any change to my travel?

Should be okay as far as you maintain your H4 status and have a valid H4 visa to enter back to the US. After coming back you can do a change of status from H4 to H1B.
However if your H1B petition is already applied with a change of status, USCIS may deny the change of status if you travel outside the US.
