H4 to H1B options

Hi all,
I just got to US on H4 Visa and applied for H4 EAD on 9th April 2021 and have the receipt notice. I have a question on changing H4 to H1B.

  1. I already have exhausted my Master’s OPT with my first masters back in 2017.
  2. I have never applied for H1B before (IF I later apply for H1B, this would be my first time).
    Given the delays with H4 visas, I would want to change my visa status to H1B in future. In that case, what would be my options to do so (I am guessing Day 1 CPT program would not be of any help since I have exhausted my OPT).
