Could you please give information about where to check the current visa status ? As i see in uscis site, currently they are processing april 10th filled h1 files(vermont service center) and mine is filled on april 8th ,didnt hear anything after lottery selection. Will employers lawyer know the date when we get the status or should i need to call uscis and check?
And also if we dont get placed by the consultancy through which we filed H1 , can we try simultaneously in any other company? And what is the procedure for transfer of H1?
