My wife was in H4 status and we applied for her h1b through a consultancy and it got approved on Dec-01-2015.
But my H1B was expiring and I applied my extention along with her H4 which got approved and 1-94 start date is Dec-10-2015. As per the last extention rule she is in H4 currently.
Now she is searching for jobs with different Consultancies. As of now she does not have a payslip and never worked in US.
Will this condition will the new consultancy will be able to transfer her inactive H1b (as she converted to H4) so that she will be able to work
