Currently I am on H4 Visa and one of the employer had filled my H1B in April 2013…
So current status of my H1B is that I have got RFE for it…
Now I have found a new employer who is ready to file my H1B…
So instead of replying to RFE, can I ask the new employer to go ahead and start my H1B process?
Or should I have to process RFE and then once I get approval for previous employer then only I can ask my new employer to transfer my H1B?
Please reply. I would really appreciate.
