Hi i am in H4 now. My employer is ready for COS to H1 with the premium service.what would be the quickest date i can expect my status change if it is filed on Apr1st. Question arised when the date of premium service start jumped to Apr15th from 1st.
No one can predict that. Even if the case is in Premium and the start date would be considered as 15th April, you could get the approval as soon as 3-4 days or it may get delayed till 13-14 days(that is if no rfe is involved)
ok.Regarding the lottery system, will this be followed only if more than 65k petitions gets filed within first 5 days,i.e) Apr1st-Apr5th??, thanks for your valuable answer.
yes that is my understanding !
There can be 2 kind of random selections:
- If more than 65K petitions are received by April 5th, and then all petitions will be subject to random selection
- If less than 65K petitions are received by April 5th, but goes over 65K on a later date (say April 15th), then only the petitions received on that last day (i.e. April 15th) will be subject to random selection
