H4 to H1 COS with PP. What will be the validity of my H1?

Hi Saurabh,

I have found a non-profit organization who has filed my H4 to H1 visa with COS in PP. I am just wondering what will be the validity once my visa is changed to H1? My H4 has expiry date of Jan, 2014. Will my H1 also have the same expiry date (Jan 2014)???
