i gotta see one of your reply on a question related to H4 to H1. My query is, I have H4 and applied for COS to H1 this year and didn’t got the receipt yet. I did it through a consultant and they said it was done with premium processing . Is it possible for a COS from H4 to H1 through Premium processing.? Please clarify, thanks

COS will be approved only when H1 is approved. Both are separate applications , but will be filed together in the same packet at the time of applying H1. If your H1 was filed under the permium processing, the decision on your COS will be done along with your H1. The COS approval will be mentioned in the H1 approval notice itself, you wont receive a separate notice for it.
