My spouse has recently moved to US on H4. She holds MBA in marketing from ISM (Indian School of Mines) Dhanbad, batch of 2005- 2007 and Bachelor in Commerce from Allahabad University batch of 2002 - 2005. She has a 3+ years of experience including 2 years with ICICI Lombard (Sales) in Jamshedpur Jharkhand and last 1.7 years in Karnataka Bank Ltd. as an Officer in branch banking in bangalore. I am looking for opportunities to get her H4 converted to H1. I need to know how to go about this. Please advise?
