I entered US on F1 status and currently i am on H4 . I am currently at India and have obtained admission to another course at different university. I have not stamped H4 yet. What do i need to do for F1 visa? is it like F1 ( usual way)? Do i need any of my spouses docs? Is it change of status? Is there interview for the same?
You apply for F1 the same way you applied in past.
Do I need any documents like my spouse payroll or i 797 ?
Me and my spouse have personal problems. I could not get those documents. I have not filed for legal separation too. Please let me know if VO might require those docs
You dont need any documents from your spouse if you are self sponsoring your education.

No required for F1 stamping. What you need is the admission letter and I-20 for F1 stamping.
