This is very weird. Applied for H1B ext on Sep 20th via PP. Clock stopped on the 30th September. My wife’s H4 status changed to - “On September 30, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I539 APPLICATION TO EXTEND OR CHANGE NONIMMIGRANT STATUS.”
But my H1B is still showing “Initial Review”. It has been 2 days, no change and the lawyer has not received anything from USCIS.
Anyone else experienced this??!?? I have refereshed several times but no updates.
