Hi, me and my wife are in India currently for last 2 years. I have approved I-140. My employer has filed H1 and now I have an approved I-797. On this approved I-797B, can I schedule me and my wife(H4) visa stamping scheduled? Or is there anything that needs to be applied for my wife as well at USCIS before the stamping interview?
In your text you haven’t mentioned your wife h4 approval from USCIS
For consular processing H4 will use primary H1B I-797 for H4 visa stamping, you are all set.

Unless uSCIS don’t approve your wife H4 she cant get the stamping. There are seperate fees for H4 approval that has to be paid to USCIS meaning you are not all set.
And if you have USCIS H4 approval ignore my reply.
