My (Principal applicant) passport has been sent for renewal and is with indian consulate.
Meanwhile my spouse is in india . She has got her H4 approval papers with her .
can she go for H4 stamping ?
Does she needs to wait for my passport
I do have scanned the old passprt before it was sent for renewal
What she needs is copy of yr visa. Passport does not matter.
