H4 stamping in India - I94 valid for L1

hello,

My L1 and I 94 is valid till August 2015. However I came back to India on September 2014 after project completion, I got married in March 2015 and want to do an H4. I am still in India though.

  1. Do I have to apply for COS or is it like any fresh H4 stamping? Please advise

  2. If its a fresh h4 what is the processing time.

  3. If its a COS what is the processing time?
