H4 petitioner name and details on USTRAVEL Docs

Hello!
My H1B got approved this year and had filed for COS from
F2 to H4 for my spouse while she was in the US. Her H4 COS got approved and has here own 1797 A details. We want to travel to India and get the stamping done and while adding in the dependent information on US travel docs, I get the screen where I am asked to enter the Petitioner Name and details along with the dates.

  1. Should the petitioner name and number be the same as that of H1 (mine)? I have my i797 A and have the details or should it be the one that is present on my spouse H4 1797 A (she has her own because we applied for COS while in the US).
  2. On the H4 DS160, they ask for principal applicants details. Should I enter H1 petitioner name and number or use the details from my spouse’s 1797 where she has her own receipt number?
