HI We have applied for H1 extension for me and H4 extension for my wife back in Sep 27 2016.Converted to premium and my h1 got approved till Nov 3 2017 but my Wifes H4 is still in case received from sep 27 2016.Attorney contacted USCIS twice for premium processing cell and service request but they said we have to wait its been 8 months. what can we do now ?
