Can we book a independent regular H4 slot for a minor ? Or it has to be always along with an adult ?
I am waiting for my H1B stamping whereas my husband already has his stamping done and is in USA. My kids are below 5 years . Is there any possibility to book independent H4 regular slots for them with my husband’s H1B ? Please help
Kids below 14 are eligible for IW if both parents have valid visa.
