H4 Interview slot showing only one location for Minor

Hello All,
I am trying to book an appointment for my 12 year old daughter and when I try to select the interview location, it shows only one location (Chennai) however it lists all location for the OFC appointment.
Can someone help me what I can do to correct this? TIA
