Next morning I have my h4 interview, but my question is my husband was in h1b visa for another company,visa validity is 22 march 2018 and that was stamped on 23rd march 2016.but on january he has joined a new organization and he has also I-797 approval for the new organization and the oraganization also sent a letter to the embassy for granting my h4 visa but his stamping has not done yet.so for this reason my h4 visa can be affected?
