My H1 i94 date is different from H4 expiry date. Can this be corrected in CBP deferred inspection site.
My i-797 expiry date: June 4th -2019
i-94 date: June 14th 2019
H4 i94 date: June 4th 2019.
It is pretty common to have that 10 days variance. In recent times, H1B I-94 comes with additional 10 days than the approved time as time to plan for departure. It is not always reflected on H4. I am not sure, if you going to CBP will fix the issue. You can give it a try and let the community know for everyone benefit.
