H4/H4 ead extension with new company

I have got a new permanent offer from company A and they are willing to transfer my h1b i have validity .untill 2024.

As i got offer i didn’t apply my wife h4 and h4 ead with my old company
she has validity until 2021 July 23 and i94 til 2 august.
is it ok if the new company apply my h1 and her h4/h4 ead after my wife i94 expires.
please let me knw wat is best

USCIS law requires you to apply for EOS before the status expires. If you apply after I94 expiry, you will need to do NPT to bridge the gap.
