I had H1B and my wife had H4, and my daughter had H4. We had a short US trip and returned back to India.
Now my visa is expired and also my 2 nd kid (now 3 years) was born in India. My son doesn’t have any visa.
Now I have got a sponsor and I’m again preparing for stamping.
Are we all 4 eligible for a Dropbox or only we 3 who already had H1/H4 are eligible for drop box?
