I am in USA in L1B currently. My family is in India. I am in process of L1B to H1B change of status.
When my COS is approved I am planning to go to India to get my H1B stamped.
Can I apply for my family’s H4 along with my H1B stamping (in the same appointment)?
Or, only after getting my H1B stamped, should I apply for my family’s H4?
