H4 filing--L1 to H1B case--Urgent

HI,

Iam working for Emp 1 on L1 and Emp 2 filed H1 for me, till today its in initial review status, today i found out that Emp b havent filed my wife’s H4, iam starting to process my wife’s H4 now, what will be consequences if my H1 is approved before my wife’s filing?

Anyone please guide and help-Urgent.

You will have 1 month time for changing your wife’s status to H4 from L2 after your L1 approval.
