I have valid h4 ead card until 2021. My husbands h1b git approved. My h4 extension is under process. My biometrics appointment Scheduled on next week. My husband still working for old company. How long I am eligible to work
You can work as long as your H4 EAD card is valid and your spouse is on proper H1B status. No need to have the H4 approved as long as you are maintaining status.
