I'm in US on H4 (valid till September 11th 2013 and same for I-94).
I Applied for H1 and my case was selected in lottery and now is in RFE State.
1.) Can I apply for H4 extension as my current H4 is will expires from September 11th 2014 while my h1 is in RFE?
2.) If I get the h1 approval before H4 can I withdraw the H4 extension
3.) Once I get the h1 approval (hoping before September 11th) what will be my status from September 11 to October 1st.
