H4 Extension Query

Hi,

I have been waiting to get acknowledgment of H4 extension document submission through mail (offline) . I given credit card for debit the amount . Waiting to get confirmation from USCIS for debiting the money from credit card to process H4 Extension documentation. I didn’t get yet any response from them. Current Visa Expiry on Sep 30 2024 . Any idea how to connect with them to aware they received the document or not and when will they process it? .Please assist on this.

Did your courier gave you tracking number? You can check when it was delivered but it takes 7 to 21 days to generate the receipt and payment processing.
