H4 Extension after H1B transfer

Hi ,
I recently moved to a new Employer(B) and got my H1B transfer approved valid till Jun2022. With Employer A i had I797 & H4 stamping approved until May2022. Should i apply for H4 visa because of change in employer? , i’m waiting for my PERM approval , assuming i get my I140 extension before May2022 and i apply H4 extension after that.

All the dates you mentioned are past dates. Are these correct dates?

I meant 2022 , Just corrected it ? can you help on that query.

There is no point in applying for H4 EOS when your H1B is valid only till June 2022 as H4 will only get a month more from the current expiry.
You can apply for H4 EOS along with H1B EOS based on your approved I-140, assuming you will apply for both before the H4 expires in May 2022.
