Hi,

If h1 and h4,h4 ead are applied together and h1 is approved and on same day h4 got query and we replied the query right away.

So now this h4 and h4 ead will be considered as premium or no…?

I am aware that h4 and h4 ead are never premium but we send it with h1 they will be considered is what i heard…in this case since my h1 is approved how will h4 and h4 ead work…

Well, it is up to the discretion of USCIS. Usually, they process as premium, if filed together…that’s just a general practice, not mandatory…With RFE, they may or may not do it…it totally depends on the officer.
