H4 EAD receipt notice not received

Hi,

I have sent my H4 EAD application in October end to phoenix lockbox. It was received on 4th Nov 2020 but neither check cashed nor receipt received yet. How long I should wait before I send a new application. An early response would be appreciated.

Same status. my app was submitted (H4 extension) to the same lockbox , the application was delivered on 2nd Nov 2020.
