I am in very unique situation. I filed my H4 I 539 on October 30th (same day the rule changed for stoping auto-extentions) hoping I could file both online. But I could not file H4 EAD online. So, i had to wait till the Labor department opened, and filed only H4 EAD with my spouce H1B on premium processing.
Now, the H1B is approve, EAD says being produced. but the online H4 application is still pending. My attoney thinks the EAD may not have got the new 3 year date, it might have the previous end date of 12/31/2025.
Waiting for EAD to be received to see if the dates are renwed for next 3 years.
Does anyone know what my EAD valididty dates could be?
