My wife got H4-EAD 4-5 years back which she never used. She got her H1B soon after, on which she worked for few years. Last week she went to Mexico to get her H4 stamp back. The question is should she file new H4 EAD OR is she eligible to extend the older EAD which she had got 4-5 years back(Which is expired by now)?”
You can select 1c under Part 1 of I-765 form, which is renewal.
