H4 EAD extension pending, I94 expired

H4 EAD and current I-94 expire on Nov-2022. Applied for H4 + H4 EAD extension.
I got Visa stamping appointment on Feb-2023 based on H1b extension approval notice. I’m planning to get the stamping and come back to USA by Mar-2023 and I’ll get new I-94.

I cannot work from Dec-2022 till Mar-2023.
Can I start to work once I’m back to USA by Mar-2023 with my expired EAD card + H4 EAD extension acknowledgement notice + new I-94 ?

Once you get issued a new I-94 by CBP at port of entry and of your H4 EAD application is pending at that point in time, you may het automatic extension for EAD.
You can send the copy of I-94 to USCIS processing center that is processing your EAD.
