H4 EAD extension filed, can we work after that

Hello All,

My spouse h4 - EAD is valid till March 3rd, 2024. We have already applied for the extension with my employer.

My question is can we continue working after March 2024, based on the h4 ead filing recepit notice or we should stop working till we get the extension approval for h4 ead?

Please let me know.

H4 cannot work based on the h4 ead filing receipt notice. H4 EAD extension should be approved.
