My spouse changed jobs and our visas were also expiring at the same time. Spouse’s H1 is approved now. My H4 status is “Case Status shows biometrics were taken”. My H4 EAD expired in Feb 2020 and I stopped working. Can I now apply for H4 EAD with previous company’s I-140, spouse’s approved H1 and my current I-539 and provide previous expired I-94 in the I-765 form? Also will I apply as new or renewal of EAD?
